As a personal trainer and mother of two, I know first-hand the demands of maintaining a healthy family, a healthy body and a healthy mind. I created this program as a way for people to come together and gain all-body strength among a community of inspiring and dedicated individuals.
From puberty to motherhood to menopause, our bodies are in a constant phase of change. And while it can sometimes feel like we can’t control these stages, one thing we can do to keep our bodies guarded is a diversified approach to building strength.
My curated method merges traditional and modern weight training in a semi-personal environment building core, confidence and camaraderie.
