How We’re Different

We offer bespoke, semi-personal classes at our home gym in Del Rey. Every session, you’ll have a personalized lesson plan mapped out that delivers strength building and cardio.

Commitment

For optimum results, we require a 3-day commitment every week for 12 consecutive weeks. You pick the day/time that works best for your schedule. 

Community

Your Flock is comprised of no more than 6 people per session giving you targeted & tailored strength training in a community environment.

Our at-home gym gives you the feeling of safety & accessibility. We use clean, state of the art equipment. And coffee is always on the house.

GARAGE REVOLUTION

From pregnancy to postpartum to perimenopause, we personally tailor every single workout to your needs and your changing body.

BODY EVOLUTION

Intermediate

For moderate athletes looking to build upon their strength training education and maintain muscle mass. We have a plan in place to level up your all-body practice.

Experienced
